The executive summary report outlines the process undertaken for this review, its findings, lines of inquiry and the department’s areas of strength.
The review was undertaken as part of the Agency Capability Review Program, a proactive approach to agency and whole of sector improvement.
Reviews provide important information to guide agencies’ continuous improvement activities, and agencies are required to include in their annual report the improvement activities undertaken in response to the review.
