Detectives from the Major Crash Investigation Section are investigating a fatal crash that occurred on Sunday 22 December 2024 in Mount Holland.
About 6pm, a white Holden Jackaroo travelling on Emu Fence Road collided with a tree, Near Meranda North Road.
The driver, a 23-year-old man, was conveyed via ambulance to Northam Hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
The passenger, a 31-year-old man, was declared deceased at the scene.
