Western Australia鈥檚 new Food and Beverage Capability Guides showcase the diversity of fresh premium products available in each region.

Honey, wine, eggs, seafood, cheese, truffles and chocolate are just some of the fresh and quality produce that WA is renowned for.

The regional food guides highlight these quality products by local food manufacturers to consumers, retailers, buyers, wholesalers, chefs, caterers and tourism operators.

Developed by the Department of Primary Industry and Regional Development (DPIRD) and local partners, the food guides are available for the Mid-West; Great Southern and the Kimberly region.

DPIRD are now working with regional partners to produce food guides for the Peel, Wheatbelt, Goldfields-Esperance, Gascoyne and South West regions.
