Energy Policy WA sought feedback on a proposal to implement a licence exemption for third party developers constructing electricity distribution systems and to amend the existing licence exemption to construct gas distribution systems. Feedback on the consultation draft closed on 10 November 2023. Energy Policy received four submissions, published below.
Energy Policy WA is considering the submissions received to provide advice to the Minister for Energy on progressing the proposed licence exemptions.
