Electricity retail licence exemption granted to AGL Energy Services Pty Ltd (trading as AGLES)

The Public Utilities Office sought public comment on an application from AGL Energy Services Pty Ltd for a retail licence exemption to sell electricity to customers through solar power purchase agreements.

AGL Energy Services Pty Ltd has now been granted a retail licence exemption by the Governor under section 8 of the Electricity Industry Act 2004. A current version of the exemption can be found on the .
