The Department of Finance regularly reviews and updates the whole-of-government procurement templates. Template updates are made by reference to changes in law, policy and/or practice.
Information describing recent updates to goods and services, and community services templates, how to access archived contract conditions and how to make template change suggestions is available below.
State agencies are also encouraged to regularly check the ‘Templates Announcements’ section on the Procurement templates, guides and resources page, which is where Finance publishes alerts about recent and upcoming template changes.
