Immediately after commencement of the Amending Rules in the Wholesale Electricity Market Amendment (Reserve Capacity Pricing Reforms) Rules 2019 that commence at 8:00am (AWST) on 01/10/2021 .

Immediately after the commencement of:

  • the Amending Rules in the Wholesale Electricity Market Amendment (Reserve Capacity Pricing Reforms) Rules 2019, that commence at 8:00am on 01/10/2021;
  • the Amending Rules in Schedule C of the Wholesale Electricity Market Amendment (Tranche 1 Amendments) Rules 2020, that commence at 8:00am on 01/10/2021; and
  • the Amending Rules in Schedule C of the Wholesale Electricity Market Amendment (Miscellaneous Amendments No. 1) Rules 2021, that commence at 8:00am on 01/10/2021 -
