Nicola Jordan is a director in the Office of the Director General and part of Finance’s Corporate Executive team.
Her appointment forms part of the Public Sector Commission’s new Women in Executive Leadership Development Experience Initiative.
Nicola has a Masters in Human Resource Management and Graduate Certificate in Business, with more than 15 years’ experience working in federal and state governments. She has held a diverse range of senior leadership roles in policy, strategy and corporate governance functions.
During her tenure at Finance she has been appointed to a range of senior roles with a focus on collaboration and customer service. In 2023 she was appointed as the Senior Policy Advisor for the Minister for Finance.
