Phil is the Deputy Director General, Resources and Project Facilitation with the Department of Jobs, Tourism, Science and Innovation.
This role entails facilitating and assisting the development of State significant projects in areas ranging from the resources and oil and gas sector through to agriculture and tourism.
Phil has more than 20 years’ experience across a range of service areas including natural resources management, environmental assessment and regulation of mining and heavy industry.
