Dinner Hill is a subarea of the Jurien groundwater area, which is proclaimed under the Rights in Water and Irrigation Act 1914. The department's Jurien groundwater allocation plan guides water licensing in all aquifers of the Jurien groundwater area.
This allocation statement incorporates new information to direct how we manage groundwater abstraction in Dinner Hill and is to be read in conjunction with the plan.
