This report presents the findings of the drain batter trial at a site near Wubin, Western Australia, to evaluate the channel stability of three different drain cross sections.
This included the comparison of rates of erosion and sedimentation, assessment of batter erosion beneath 4m and 1m wide berms and the evaluation of the cost of construction and maintenance of the three different drainage designs.
