Licensees are required to use this form to apply for an exemption under regulation 5(3A) being:
Uncontaminated soil or other clean fill received at a licenced landfill before the day on which the Waste Avoidance and Resource Recovery Levy Amendment Regulations 2020, regulation 4 comes into operation if:
(i) it was accepted by the licensee at no charge; and
(ii) it is, or will be, used after the completion of landfill operations to cover, to a depth of up to 500 mm, waste disposed of on the premises.
