This drinking water source protection plan has been developed to help protect the quality of water in the Harding Dam Water Reserve to ensure the supply of safe drinking water.
The plan details the location and boundary of the drinking water catchment, which provides water to the West Pilbara Water Supply Scheme. It describes the water supply system, discusses existing and proposed land uses, identifies risks, and recommends management approaches to address those risks and maximise protection of the catchment.
