This report presents the findings of a deep drainage project in the higher rainfall area of Hillman River South, near Darkan WA.
The project demonstrated the current practice of drain construction in higher rainfall areas, evaluated the performance of groundwater drainage to reduce waterlogging and salinisation of rural land and assessed changes to downstream volume and quality responses.
