This report presents the methodology and prediction of the cumulative noise impacts from existing entertainment venues to existing residential buildings, with the assumption that all venues within the Northbridge Special Entertainment Precinct emit the maximum levels that are proposed in the Amendment to City Planning Scheme.
As the final form of the Scheme is not yet fixed, noise modelling was undertaken for various scenarios, one of which includes a ‘grandfather’ clause for existing venues in the Frame.
