This policy applies to all Registered Training Organisations registered by the Council in Western Australia. Circumstances to which this policy may apply:
1) Proposed sale or transfer of a legal entity that is registered with the Council.
2) The death of a natural person when registration has been issued to a sole proprietor.
3) In the case of bankruptcy / liquidation.
