This review reported on the progress of all community Rivercare projects and evaluated their success, mainly at output level.
The review determined:
- how Rivercare projects are progressing against their workplans
- what the major problems have been
- views on the National Heritage Trust process
- what sort of technical assistance is required
- what constitutes a successful project.
