This is the second evaluation statement for the 2009 South West groundwater areas allocation plan. It summarises how the department has implemented the plan between 2012 and 2015.
The first evaluation statement covered the period from 2009–2012.
This statement shows that since 2012 the plan has provided an effective framework for managing water resources in this complex groundwater area.
