This report form is to be completed by the licensee of a Category 63 Class I inert landfill located outside of the metropolitan region.
The metropolitan region is defined in regulation 3 of the Waste Avoidance and Resource Recovery Levy Regulations 2008 and has the meaning as given in the Planning and Development Act 2005 section 4(1).
The report form is a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. It can be filled in electronically or manually as needed by the licensee.
