Resourceful Mind
Resourceful Mind peer support program
Resourceful Mind is developed by Lifeline WA in partnership with the Chamber of Minerals and Energy Western Australia to support the mental health and wellbeing of the resources sector workers.
It is a peer support training program customised for the resources industry to reduce stigma about mental health, encourage people to seek help and support before they reach a crisis point, and to create accessible pathways for them to do so.
The program is delivered through virtual platform to suit the mining industry and its workers. It uses a membership model which gives participants, called ‘Minders’ access to a suite of interactive and self-directed training, as well as skills development and coaching.
