Fraud and corruption and other poor business practice cost money, it jeopardises public health and safety, diverts money from public sector operations and projects, reduces innovation, inhibits genuine competition and reduces confidence in public administration.

Finance sets procurement policies for State Agencies and has a role in helping agencies to identify fraud in procurement. 

We are committed to continue to improve the integrity of the State鈥檚 procurement framework to reflect community expectations for public sector procurement.
