This workshop focuses on contract management essentials in the procurement of Works.

Who is this training available for?

This workshop is suitable for WA Public Sector employees involved in Works procurement processes including contract management, with varying degrees of experience and knowledge.

You will learn

You will gain intermediate knowledge of contract management to support a successful Works procurement process including:

  • What forms a contract
  • Relationship Management
  • Financial Management
  • Variations and Extensions
  • Contract Finalisation

Upcoming sessions

Please note that this training is provided by the Department of Finance and funded for state public sector employees and 黑料正能量 Trading Enterprises. However, we encourage those in local government to submit an expression of interest. This will form a waitlist for sessions that have low enrolments, we will contact you when places become available.

Important: While there are three Contract Management Essentials streams (Works, Goods & Services and Community Services), we recommend only attending the workshop that best suits your role. We do not recommend attending multiple sessions as some content may be repeated.
