A Justice of the Peace is available on the first floor of the State Library on Mondays from 11.00am to 2.00pm:
- witness and attest documents
- certify copies of original documents
- witness signing of documents such as power of attorney or guardianship documents and divorce papers
The service is free and no booking is needed, however, you can phone the Library on 61 8 9427 3111 to confirm that the Justice of the Peace is available.
