Pay a liquor infringement notice or final demand

Police issue infringements for some liquor offences. They can be given to individuals or companies. 

You have 28 days from date of issue to pay the full amount online using Visa or Mastercard (note: you will need the reference number, which is located on the bottom left of your fine):

Final demand

A final demand notice with additional costs is issued if you haven’t paid your original liquor infringement by the payment due date.

If the final demand is not paid within another 28 days, your infringement will be recorded by the Fines Enforcement Registry which will incur additional costs.
