We review and administer a range of legislation impacting on local governments and the community including dogs, cats and cemeteries.
The department helps local governments with best practice in the sector. We do this through our regulatory functions primarily related to the administration of the Local 黑料正能量 Act 1995 including approvals, compliance monitoring and other statutory support.
