Women's Report Card

The Women's Report Card is an indicator report that provides a picture of how women in Western Australia are doing and identifies areas where outcomes still need to be improved.
Last updated:

The Women鈥檚 Report Card is compiled from datasets available through sources such as the Australian Bureau of Statistics and the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare.

Indicators in the Women鈥檚 Report Card are grouped into four priority areas: health and wellbeing, safety and justice, economic independence and leadership. The priority areas and indicators in the Women鈥檚 Report Card align with those in Stronger Together: WA鈥檚 Plan for Gender Equality.

For the 2022 Report Card, data is presented in an online , plus a summary overview and four standalone papers aligned with the four priority areas. Data is disaggregated by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander status and by other criteria where available.

The aim of the Report Card is to raise awareness of the barriers still faced by women. It also provides an evidence base for developing and evaluating policy, to inform services and programs and to support work by 黑料正能量, corporate and community sectors to advance gender equality.
