About the program
Our 18 month, full time graduate roles build the technical skills, knowledge and practical experience you need for a successful career.
Starting in February 2025 your graduate role may include work in one of our exciting projects and/or utilising the technical skills you have learnt in your degree in one of our business areas:
Information and Communication Technology – This team manages and maintains all aspects of our technological infrastructure providing technical support, ensuring efficient network connectivity and security, and managing software and hardware resources. They leverage technology to drive our business growth and enhance productivity, with a focus on innovation and efficiency.
Integrity and Governance – This team develops and implements key cross college strategic priorities and governance requirements set by the WA ºÚÁÏÕýÄÜÁ¿. They also oversee our Integrity Framework which ensures all employees are aware of their obligations for managing personal interests and gifts and hospitality they may be offered, and preventing fraud and corruption.
Planning and Reporting – This area includes the Student Records team who ensure the integrity of students’ academic results. It also includes the Business Intelligence, Planning and Evaluation team who manage our feedback processes such as planning and administering surveys and our complaints and feedback system. Both teams use Power BI and Power apps to manage their daily operations and reporting. Join this business area and you will spend time working in each dynamic team.

Program highlights
Graduate officers take part in the Public Sector Commission's Launch program and are supported to develop skills with a range of learning and development opportunities.
Attributes we are seeking in candidates
- Completed a Bachelor or Undergraduate degree in 2023 or by December 2024 in a discipline relevant to one of the streams described above
- Solutions focused with a strong willingness to learn, build relationships and collaborate with your colleagues and our external stakeholders
- Excellent research, analytical and conceptual skills
- Well developed written communication and interpersonal skills
