- Do I have the financial capacity to deliver the requirements of the Request?
- Is there an actual or potential conflict of interest that could prevent me from making an offer?
- Do I already have the resources to do the job?
- Is it going to be possible for me and is it within my capacity to do the work?
- Have I read or am I familiar with the government policies on purchasing?
