Contractors undertaking asbestos related works in government owned buildings must comply with Western Australian and applicable .
Any work involving asbestos-containing materials (ACM) under Department of Finance contract obligations must adhere to licensing arrangements and prioritise safety in compliance with WA WHS legislation.
Where work in any government building potentially involves ACM, the Contractor must access the sites ACM Register and complete the Building Maintenance Logbook.
