Nominate an authorised representative if you receive or are applying for an Energy Assistance Payment, Dependent Child Rebate and/or Air Conditioning Rebate from RevenueWA.
Your authorised representative will be able to:
- lodge a new application for you
- complete your renewal application
- make changes to your account, including updating your personal details, bank details and any other information relating to your eligibility for the Energy Concession Extension Scheme and
- speak to us regarding your application, eligibility or account.
If you have previously nominated a person to act on your behalf, that person鈥檚 authority will be removed and the person named in the application below will become your representative.
