Our current Diversity, Multicultural and Inclusion Plan 2023 – 2027 demonstrates our ongoing commitment to action. The plan builds on the achievements of previous plans, while recognising the importance of continuous improvement.

The department’s Reconciliation Action Plan and Disability Access and Inclusion Action Plan support the Diversity, Multicultural and Inclusion Plan.

We are proud to be recognised as an Inclusive Employer for 2023-2024 by Diversity Council Australia and a member with Australian Disability Network.
