You can use My Account to perform a range of simple self-service functions including:
- pay your bill
- update your account details
- view your billed electricity consumption
- view your past and upcoming bills raise enquiries and view the response switch to paperless billing request a move when you are moving house open a new account
To register you will need your account number, which can be found on your bill, and an email address.
